Arizona bark scorpions
Scorpion Control in Lake Havasu City
The bark scorpion is common around buildings in low desert towns, and extension researchers found that yards with irrigation can support far more of them than open desert. Nationwide, no other scorpion carries a sting of real medical concern. It squeezes under doors with worn weatherstripping and through weep holes in stucco, which should be screened with coarse mesh rather than sealed. Inside, stranded scorpions often turn up in sinks and bathtubs.
