Precision Pest Control serves Glendale from the Catlin Court bungalows and the Grand Avenue corridor up through Arrowhead and the newer subdivisions along the 101 and New River. Homes and businesses both, including the hospitality and event traffic around Westgate and State Farm Stadium.

Glendale is really two cities and the pest lists barely overlap. In the historic core around Catlin Court and the older blocks off Grand Avenue, we work on roof rats in mature citrus and pecan, Argentine ants along irrigation, silverfish and firebrats in wood-frame bungalows, and subterranean termites in slabs and foundations that have been in the ground for ninety years. North of Bell Road through Arrowhead, it flips to bark scorpions in new stucco and tile, black widows in weep holes, crickets off the desert edge, and pack rats along the New River wash.
The bungalows in Catlin Court and the surrounding historic blocks need a completely different hand than a 2005 tract home. Wood frame construction, raised foundations on some of them, original plumbing chases and ninety years of settling give you entry points that simply do not exist in newer housing. Termite work here means inspecting the sill and the crawl access rather than assuming a slab. Silverfish and firebrats live in wall voids and old paper insulation, which is not something you solve from the outside. We inspect these homes accordingly and we do not put a tract-home plan on a 1928 house.
North Glendale is the newer problem. Arrowhead and the subdivisions running toward New River are tile roof, stucco, block wall construction sitting close to open desert and a major wash. That combination is a scorpion account, and scorpion accounts are won at the weep holes, the stucco stop and the roof tile edge. We seal first, treat second, and verify with a night inspection. Around Westgate we handle the commercial side, where event volume brings its own cockroach and rodent pressure to kitchens and loading areas.
