Precision Pest Control works both ends of Ontario, from the older stucco and wood-frame homes near Euclid Avenue to the newer stucco tracts going up in Ontario Ranch toward the city's southern edge. We handle single-family homes, apartment buildings near the airport corridor, and small commercial spaces along Holt Boulevard. Property age and soil conditions change what we look for from block to block.

In the older sections of Ontario near Euclid Avenue and downtown, we see termites in homes built when subterranean treatment methods were less thorough, along with ants and spiders finding gaps in aging foundations and window frames. Rodents move through mature landscaping and older sewer laterals in these neighborhoods. Out in Ontario Ranch, new stucco construction brings a different mix. Fresh landscaping and irrigation draw ants and moths, and cockroaches ride in on moving trucks and furniture deliveries before residents even unpack. Bed bugs show up in both areas, usually traveling in with people rather than starting on site.
Working a house near Euclid Avenue or in one of Ontario's older neighborhoods means starting with the structure itself. These homes often sit on foundations poured decades ago, with plumbing and stucco that has settled and cracked in ways that give termites and ants a way in that a newer home simply does not have. Mature trees and long-established landscaping hold moisture and shelter rodents close to the exterior walls. Treating one of these properties means checking crawl spaces, weep screeds, and expansion joints that have moved over fifty or sixty years of settling, and it usually means a more targeted, spot-specific approach because the damage and entry points are not uniform from house to house.
Ontario Ranch is a different job entirely. The stucco is new, the soil around foundations is still compacting, and irrigation systems installed with the landscaping create damp zones that did not exist a year or two ago. New construction also means shared builder-grade materials across whole tracts, so if one home on a street has a gap around a utility penetration, the identical model two doors down likely has the same one. We treat these neighborhoods with an eye toward prevention before pests establish themselves, since the properties are still settling and the landscaping is still filling in.
